I have been with Pavones Point since 2014. This project is the absolute heart and soul of who I am.
I saw the Duncan’s vision from day one and have fully dedicated myself to making sure that their plan was brought to fruition.
Growing up from a small local town in Costa Rica, it has been a dream of mine to not only be part of a project like this but to also be a contributing team member in helping it grow.

As the hotel administrator, I am responsible for overseeing daily operations, supporting our team, and ensuring that every guest enjoys a smooth and memorable stay. I love working at Pavones Point, especially because you can feel the vibrant surf scene. It’s inspiring to welcome guests who come for the waves and stay for the atmosphere and beautiful natural surroundings. Being part of a place that blends adventure, relaxation, and great service is truly rewarding.
I am in charge of structural and functional maintenance of the condo hotel, I recently started working at Pavones Point, however I like to see that it is a company that cares about the environment and is in favor of sustainable activities.
What do I like about working at Pavones Point?
I like working here because I found comfort and confidence in my work, it is what I like to do, together with my colleagues we are to move forward with this company which opened the doors and gave us a job opportunity.
In my free time I like to share with my children and exercise.
As the receptionist at Pavones Point, my priority is ensuring every guest is welcomed with a warm smile and has the seamless and enjoyable stay they envisioned. Since joining in 2024, I’ve taken pride in providing attentive service—whether assisting with reservations, offering recommendations for local restaurants and tours, or addressing any needs to enhance their experience in Pavones.
I appreciate working here because I get to meet people from different cultures, and it allows me to contribute to a project that elevates tourism in our area, supporting both guests and local businesses, which helps me grow professionally and personally.
When I’m not at work, I enjoy quiet time at home or recharging by spending time in nature and with animals, which helps me return each day ready to deliver my best.
During the time I have been working at Pavones Point, which has been almost 25 years, I have been in charge of seeing it from its initial stage to what it is now, my function has always been to beautify the place from taking care of the garden to cleaning and more, I like to make and give my best effort and my satisfaction is to listen when our guests arrive and say what a beautiful place it is.
I like working at Pavones Point because more than a job I see it as a life opportunity, working here has helped me to help my family and I also like to share with my colleagues.
In my free time I like to spend with my family and watch TV.
I am part of the hotel’s maintenance team, where I ensure that all facilities operate smoothly, from electrical systems to the small details that keep every space in top condition. My role is to help provide our guests with a safe, comfortable, and seamless experience during their stay.
What I enjoy most about working at this hotel is the sense of teamwork and the satisfaction of knowing that my work plays an important role in creating a positive experience for every guest. Each day brings a new opportunity to learn and grow professionally.
I work in the housekeeping department, where my main responsibility is to ensure that all guest rooms and common areas are clean, organized, and welcoming. I take pride in maintaining high standards of cleanliness to help create a comfortable and pleasant environment for everyone who visits our hotel.
What I enjoy most about working here is being part of a supportive team and knowing that my efforts directly contribute to the guests’ satisfaction. It’s rewarding to see the positive impact our work has on their overall experience.
I am part of the gardening department, where I am responsible for maintaining the hotel’s outdoor areas, gardens, and green spaces. My work includes planting, trimming, watering, and making sure everything looks beautiful and well cared for, creating a relaxing and inviting environment for our guests.
What I enjoy most about working at this hotel is being surrounded by nature every day and knowing that my work helps enhance the beauty and atmosphere of the entire property. I take pride in contributing to a space where guests can enjoy peace and comfort.
