I have been with Pavones Point since 2014. This project is the absolute heart and soul of who I am.
I saw the Duncan’s vision from day one and have fully dedicated myself to making sure that their plan was brought to fruition.
Growing up from a small local town in Costa Rica, it has been a dream of mine to not only be part of a project like this but to also be a contributing team member in helping it grow.

In my job I help in the administrative area and also client service we are in charge of organizing and preparing our reservations to meet the demands of our customers. I always like to serve our guests with a smile and warmth, providing the best welcome and always with the Pura Vida!
Working at Pavones Point, I love it because it helps me to overcome my work and personal growth every day. I meet incredible people and I am always surrounded by culture and friendly smiles; I like to make my work a way of life.

I am in charge of structural and functional maintenance of the condo hotel, I recently started working at Pavones Point, however I like to see that it is a company that cares about the environment and is in favor of sustainable activities.
What do I like about working at Pavones Point?
I like working here because I found comfort and confidence in my work, it is what I like to do, together with my colleagues we are to move forward with this company which opened the doors and gave us a job opportunity.
In my free time I like to share with my children and exercise.

I am in charge of maintenance; my function is to be aware of the state of the structure and functionality of the condo hotel.
I like working in the project because throughout these years it has been a serious and responsible company with its collaborators, I also like that during this time of work I have been able to meet very kind people.

During the time I have been working at Pavones Point, which has been almost 25 years, I have been in charge of seeing it from its initial stage to what it is now, my function has always been to beautify the place from taking care of the garden to cleaning and more, I like to make and give my best effort and my satisfaction is to listen when our guests arrive and say what a beautiful place it is.
I like working at Pavones Point because more than a job I see it as a life opportunity, working here has helped me to help my family and I also like to share with my colleagues.
In my free time I like to spend with my family and watch TV.
